The Court's Other Bits of Business

I know, I know, we're all on pins and needles awaiting the Supreme Court's decision on Prop 8 and DOMA.  We're so antsy some of us are spacing the fact that the court is issuing other major decisions this week.  Today the court, divided along ideological lines, struck down a key part of the Voting Rights Act.
