Mayor Clueless

Moshe Abutbul was recently reelected mayor of the Israeli city of Beit Shemesh.  The other day, when asked by a TV interviewer about gays in his city, the ultra-Orthodox Abutbul replied, “We have no such things. … Thank God this city is holy and pure.”

I salute the citizens of Beit Shemesh, for apparently they've chosen a blind man for mayor.
